These pictures are from a couple of weeks ago...I know, I am such a terrible blogger! I just never get around to actually putting this together. There is always way too much going on in this zoo that I call home.
Let's try that again.
I'm a monkey!!
Apparently, I am such a bad mom...I didn't take any pics of Rhiannon. Yikes! Next post will be all about her.
I decided to try my hand at making homemade play dough earlier this week. The kids and I had so much fun!!!
Recipe at the bottom.
I found this recipe atThe Imagination Tree . There are plenty to choose from. This is the one we chose:
1/2 cup of salt
2 cups plain flour
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cream of tartar
1.5 to 2 cups boiling water
few drops of glycerin (optional)
food coloring and/or flavoring of your choice
Mix all ingredients in bowl and knead until smooth. Have fun!
I just haven't felt like posting for a while now.....things are just busy around here...nothing seems to be going right and it just seems like it will never end. There has to be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Here are a few pictures of a recent outing with the family. We went to an air show and it was so much FUN!!! So here ya go:
Ok, so Pinterest has lots of interesting looking recipes, and this is one of them!
Next time, I will use more pepperoni. Kinda sad, huh?
Of course the kids loved this! Anything to do with pizza is a hit in our house. We could eat pizza everyday and not get tired of it. It may sound bad, but it's true. I did tweak the recipe to fit what I had on hand: I used the tri-colored rotini instead of egg noodles. This is definitely a keeper!
